None of the THF diet or exercise plans are generic— our fitness plans and guidelines are personalized for each of our clients. Every lifestyle factor is taken into consideration: age, gender, activity level, work schedule, fitness status, workout equipment availability and medical history; and with this information, we can design a nutrition and exercise program customized to your individual needs.

The guidelines we provide our clients consist of every possible component and detail that might compromise their results. Everything from diet, exercise plans and possible nutrition supplement recommendations even down to the amount of water one needs to drink is included in designing the program.

During the journey for total health and fitness on which you have embarked you will constantly be learning! You will be motivated and challenged by your fitness consultant to shift your approach to food and exercise in order to transform your body. You will be armed with countless tools along the way which, when properly implemented, will take you to your goal and have you convinced that success is your only option.

  1. Nutritional guidelines are formatted with detailed food choices and portion sizes. You will never have to count calories, protein, fat or carbohydrates. THF knows that education is the key to nutrition so you will not only get the results you want, but you’ll know exactly how to maintain them.

  2. Personal exercise plan and resistance training guidelines are not only provided, but your THF consultant will personally demonstrate the exercises for you. The workout plan will identify what exercises to do, what days you’ll do each move, in what order you’ll do them and the number of sets and reps.

  3. Cardiorespiratory guidelines are explained. You’ll know how to find your target heart rate and why it’s important to your fitness program. We’ll help you understand the science behind cardio training and guide you through the training that is right for you

  4. Body Fat and measurements are taken on a weekly basis. This is essential in order for any fitness program to be efficient. Every time your body changes from muscle gain and/or fat loss, the nutritional guidelines, workout, supplement and cardio guidelines need to be modified. This ensures that you will never hit plateaus during your weight loss.

  5. Nutrition Supplements can be wonderful aids in transforming your body. And if you choose to use them in your program, your consultant will help you understand their benefits and explain when and how to use them.
